Refund Policy
You're buying a book about being kinder to yourself. The refund policy should meet the same standard. Here it is, in plain language.
The short version
You have 14 days from purchase. If the book isn't for you, email us. That's the whole process. No forms to find, no proof to attach, no guilt attached to the reply.
What you bought
Quiet Core Reset is a digital product - an eBook delivered as a download. There is no physical shipment, so there is nothing to return. Refunds are handled on the honor system, which is deliberate: a book about trust should be sold with some.
How to request a refund
- Email support@quietcorereset.com from the address you used at checkout, within 14 days of purchase.
- One sentence is enough - "I'd like a refund" is a complete request. If you'd like to tell us what didn't land, we read every note and it genuinely helps, but it is never required.
- We'll confirm by email, usually within one to two business days, and process the refund. You keep your copy of the book either way.
How the refund is processed
Payments and refunds are handled by Stripe. Once we issue a refund, Stripe returns the money to the original payment method - the same card, the same account. Banks typically take 5–10 business days to make it visible on your statement; Stripe submits it within minutes of our request. We never store your card details, so there is nothing for us to delete from our side.
After a refund, your unique download link is deactivated, so it can no longer be used to access the book.
If you live in the EU or UK
Because the book is a digital download delivered immediately, buying it means you ask for instant access, which normally waives the standard 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content. The 14-day refund window above is offered anyway, voluntarily, and applies to every reader. This section is a plain-language summary - it is not legal advice.
What the 14 days doesn't cover
- Repeated or abusive refund requests on the same account.
- Purchases made more than 14 days ago (email us anyway - unusual circumstances are worth a conversation).
