What we collect

• Email address - when you buy the book or join the newsletter. We use it to deliver your copy, send the newsletter you asked for, and support you.
• Order information - when you buy the book, your payment is processed by Stripe. We receive your email address and a record of the purchase so we can deliver the download link, support you, and process refunds. We never receive or store your card details.
• Anonymous usage analytics - we useGoogle Analytics to understand, in aggregate, how visitors use the site (pages viewed, rough location, device type). This is anonymized and not used to identify you. We run no advertising trackers and sell no data.

How we deliver the book

When you purchase, we email you a unique, private download link for your copy of Quiet Core Reset. Delivery emails are sent throughResend, which handles the sending on our behalf. The download link is unique to your purchase and is not publicly listed.

Payments go through Stripe

All payments are processed by Stripe, a certified payment provider. Your card details go directly to Stripe over an encrypted connection and are never stored on our servers. Stripe's own handling of your payment data is governed byStripe's privacy policy.

Newsletter

If you subscribe, we send roughly one email per week - a practice, not a pitch. Every email includes a one-click unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing removes you from the mailing list; it does not affect any purchase you've made.

Cookies

This site uses only the cookies strictly needed to make the site work and remember your preferences. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking. If that ever changes, this section will change first.

How we use your information

• To deliver the book you purchased and support you with it.
• To send the newsletter, if you asked for it.
• To process refunds, if you request one.

How long we keep data

Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Purchase records are kept as long as required for accounting and to honor refund requests, then removed.
